As you may have realized by now, 32 West Realty is not your traditional real estate brokerage. 32 West Realty was founded in 1994 by then, Florida broker, Sharon Restrepo soon after losing her first husband to a tragic accident. In pursuing his dream of real estate investing, she discovered it was actually her passion.

Pursuing that passion helped her become a savvy and very experienced investor. However,  she was hard-pressed  to find a brokerage who both understood and catered to her needs as an investor. The desire to serve the needs of investors was birthed as a unique, boutique brokerage and continues to fulfill its vision today.
