32 West Realty was founded in 1994 by Sharon Restrepo soon after losing her first husband to a tragic accident. In pursuing his dream of real estate investing, she discovered it was actually her passion. The desire to serve the needs of investors was birthed as a unique, boutique brokerage and continues to fulfill its vision today.

Sharon is a licensed real estate professional in North Carolina and Florida and a veteran real estate investor with over 25 years of experience. She specializes in helping hands-off investors grow and preserve wealth through strategically structured, profitable real estate investment opportunities.
The author of multiple best-selling real estate books and courses, Sharon has shared stages nationwide with Robert Kiyosaki, Mark Victor Hansen, Frank McKinney, Les Brown, and Yanik Silver — earning her reputation as one of the industry's most trusted educators.
Juan oversees the company's strategic direction and day-to-day operations. With a strong foundation in real estate investing and a background in the mortgage industry, he brings a comprehensive understanding of asset performance, financing, and long-term value creation.
Beyond his business leadership, Juan serves on several non-profit boards — including Frank McKinney's Caring House Project Foundation, African International Christian Mission, Morningday Community Solutions, and the Saleeby-Fisher YMCA of Rockwell, NC.
